Local Mission Trips

Breakfast Club

The Breakfast Club is a ministry of First Baptist Church that feeds the homeless. Every Saturday a group of volunteers from FBC and other local churches, organizations and caring individuals gather necessary ingredients, prepare and serve a hot breakfast to the homeless and needy at and around the Stockton Shelter for the Homeless. This group feeds those in need as well as providing toiletries, socks, clothing, blankets and other needs all in the name of Jesus.

If you are interested in serving on a Saturday email us at breakfastclub@fbcstockton.org

Donations that you may help us with are supplies such as:

  • Coffee creamer
  • Sugar
  • Oatmeal (original, not quick cooking)
  • Brown sugar
  • Raisins
  • Napkins
  • Disposable serving gloves

Any size or brand is fine. We also collect toiletries all year long as well as hats, gloves, scarves, socks, blankets, adult backpacks, and coats. Monetary donations are always welcome. Checks may be made payable to First Baptist Church with a notation on the check “Breakfast Club”.

Serving God’s people since 1999,

gleanings for the hungry

Collaborating with the "Gleanings for the Hungry" ministry, our teams go to sultana and provide labor for this ministry that sends food to the impoverished throughout the world. Our team packs soup mixes, cleans and provides maintenance and light construction.
